Now you see the pop3.citynet.net Properties box. You will see that the pop3.citynet.net is highlighted.

1. Press the backspace key on your keyboard and it will erase the Highlighted text.
2. Type in your name here or another name to identify who's mail account this is
3. Click the Apply button and then the OK button and you will be back at the Internet Accounts box.
