The cornerstone of Citynet Carrier's product offering, private line service provides carriers with dedicated point-to-point data transmission systems that are both electronically protected and route diverse to ensure maximum network availability.
Whether transporting data, voice or video, Citynet's private line services offer flexibility and availability. Citynet provides both concatenated and channelized DS-3 through OC-192 private line services. With high availability and some of the shortest standard delivery intervals in the industry, Citynet's private line services are designed to provide fault-tolerant, self-healing, point-to-point connections. Citynet also offers multiplexing (mux) and demultiplexing (demux) services to meet customer needs for circuit rate hand-offs. The Citynet Optical Network is designed to leverage the advantages of dense wave division multiplexing (DWDM) and traditional SONET technologies to offer significant flexibility to the network and redundancy to customer circuits. |
